Overview

The EA Elektro-Automatik EA-ELR 10080-510 3U is a programmable regenerative electronic DC load designed for rackmount applications. This 3U unit accepts three-phase AC input of 208-480V and delivers 15 kW at 80V/510A. As a regenerative load, it recovers energy and feeds it back into the grid with over 96% efficiency, significantly reducing operational costs and cooling requirements compared to traditional dissipative loads.

The autoranging capability allows the unit to sink maximum power across a wide range of voltage and current values. Multiple units can be connected via the galvanically isolated Share-Bus or Master-Slave-Bus for parallel operation up to 64 devices.
