Overview

The Aim TTi TGP3151 is a true pulse and universal waveform generator using all-digital techniques. Unlike DDS-based function generators, it generates pulses up to 50 MHz with very low jitter and high resolution of width and delay (100ps). It can operate in an asynchronously triggered mode or as a comprehensive noise and arbitrary waveform generator.
