The Keysight 84907K (formerly Agilent) is a programmable step attenuator designed for coaxial measurements to 26.5 GHz in a compact, rugged form factor. The unit achieves high attenuation accuracy and low standing wave ratio (SWR) through miniature thin-film attenuation cards with high-stability tantalum nitride film on sapphire substrate.
