Overview
The Keysight 16034G is an ultra-miniature SMD test fixture designed for impedance evaluations of the smallest surface-mounted devices, supporting components as small as 0.6mm (L) × 0.3mm (W). It is compatible with measurement instruments including the Keysight 4192A, 4294A, 4263B, and E4980A, and can operate up to 110MHz with OPEN/SHORT/LOAD compensation.
