The Keysight 84904K is a programmable RF step attenuator designed for coaxial measurements up to 26.5 GHz. Utilizing miniature thin-film attenuation cards with high-stability tantalum nitride film on sapphire substrate, it delivers exceptional attenuation accuracy and low SWR performance. The compact design, 35% smaller than the 8495/7 family, enables easy integration into instruments and automatic test equipment systems.
