Overview

The Fluke Networks DSX-5000QI is a portable cable analyzer designed for testing and certifying twisted pair cabling systems for 10 Gigabit Ethernet deployments. It supports Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, and Class FA cabling standards. The tester features IEC Level V accuracy with electrically centered test plugs, exceeding specifications by maintaining less than half the allowable crosstalk margin.

The DSX-5000QI integrates Alien Crosstalk link-to-link certification measurement capability directly into its copper modules, simplifying complex testing requirements. It is part of the Versiv cabling certification family and works with the ProjX management system and LinkWare software for comprehensive test result analysis.
