Keysight N6774A/760 DC Power Module

Overview

The Keysight N6774A/760 is a 300W programmable DC power module designed for ATE systems and bench testing. It provides programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at an economical price point. The /760 variant includes both output disconnect and polarity reversal relay for enhanced protection.

This module integrates with the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (1U high, up to 4 modules per mainframe) or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer. Standard interfaces include GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance.
