Overview

The Keysight N6765A/761 is a 500W precision DC power module with output disconnect relays that provides low noise operation and precise measurement capabilities in the milliampere and microampere regions. It enables simultaneous digitization of voltage and current for capture and analysis in an oscilloscope-like data buffer. The /761 option adds output disconnect relays for enhanced safety and system flexibility. This double-wide module integrates into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for automated test equipment (ATE) or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for benchtop testing. Standard interfaces include GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance.
