Overview

The Keysight N6751A/054 is a 50 W high-performance autoranging DC power module designed for automated test equipment (ATE) and bench testing applications. It features exceptionally fast programming speeds (10-50 times faster than conventional supplies), low noise output, and high accuracy voltage programming. The /054 configuration includes high-speed test extensions with an oscilloscope-like digitizer for measuring high-speed transient and pulse events in device-under-test (DUT) applications.
