The Keysight N6746B/760 is a 100W basic DC power module designed for both automated test equipment (ATE) systems and bench testing applications. It provides programmable voltage and current output with measurement and protection features at an economical price point, suitable for powering devices under test or ATE system resources such as fixture control.
This module integrates seamlessly into the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for ATE applications or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. Standard interfaces include GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance.
