Overview

The Keysight N6735B is a 50W programmable DC power module designed for automated test equipment (ATE) systems and bench testing applications. It provides stable, accurate power for device testing and fixture control, with full measurement and protection features at economical cost. The module integrates into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System or N6705 DC Power Analyzer mainframes.
