Keysight N6705C/RBP DC Power Analyzer Mainframe

Overview

The Keysight N6705C/RBP is a modular DC power analyzer mainframe designed for R&D engineers testing and validating devices under test. It sources and measures DC voltage and current while combining the functionality of up to 4 DC power supplies, a digital multimeter, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator, and data logger into a single integrated instrument. The mainframe accepts 1 to 4 interchangeable DC power modules from the N6700 series, allowing total system power up to 600W.
