Overview

The Keysight 53230A/010/201 is a universal frequency counter and timer with dual 350 MHz baseband measurement channels and rear panel parallel inputs for flexible signal routing. It delivers 12 digits per second resolution and 20 ps time interval accuracy with an ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase. The instrument includes built-in analysis, graphing, and a BenchVue software license.
