Overview

The Keysight 53230A/010/106/201/203 is a fully configured RF and universal frequency counter/timer from the 53200 Series with ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase. It provides comprehensive multi-channel frequency and timing measurements with dual 350 MHz baseband inputs (front and rear panel) and 6 GHz microwave input (rear panel SMA connector). With 20 ps single-shot time resolution and up to 12 digits/sec measurement rate, it delivers high-precision frequency and timing analysis for demanding test applications.
