Overview

The Keysight 53230A/010/106/201 is an RF universal frequency counter/timer configured with an ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase, 6 GHz microwave input, and rear panel parallel input connectors for the baseband channels. This configuration provides maximum flexibility for integration into test systems, allowing simultaneous access to signals from both front and rear panels. With 100 ps time resolution and comprehensive analysis capabilities, it supports advanced frequency and timing measurements across multiple channels.
