The Keysight 53220A/010/106 is a universal frequency counter and RF timer from the 53200 Series, featuring a 6 GHz microwave input channel and ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase. This instrument combines two 350 MHz baseband channels with RF capability, delivering comprehensive time and frequency measurements for RF and microwave applications. With 100 ps single-shot time resolution and integrated 1M reading memory, it provides both benchtop analysis and automated test capabilities.
