The Keysight 53220A/010 is a universal frequency counter and timer from the 53200 Series, featuring an ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase. This instrument delivers precise time and frequency measurements with 350 MHz baseband frequency, 12 digits per second resolution, and 100 ps single-shot time interval measurement capability. The integrated 1M reading memory and LXI-compliant connectivity make it suitable for both benchtop measurements and automated test sequences.
