Overview

The PCE-VC21 is an adjustable vibration calibrator designed for calibrating vibration sensors, meters, analyzers, and testers with variable frequency and amplitude requirements. It generates mechanical vibrations with adjustable quartz-stabilized frequencies between 15.92 and 1280 Hz and adjustable vibration amplitudes between 1 and 20 m/s². These adjustable parameters enable calibration of low-frequency vibration sensors according to DIN 4150-3 and ISO 8041 standards, making it ideal for structural and human vibration measurement applications.

The device incorporates an internal control circuit and reference accelerometer to maintain load-independent vibration magnitudes. A display indicates frequency, amplitude, error percentage, and calibration date. Automatic power-off, a built-in rechargeable battery, and AC power adapter support both laboratory and field operations, while the included carrying case enables convenient transport.
