Overview

The PCE-VC20 is a precision vibration calibrator used to calibrate vibration sensors, meters, analyzers, and testers. Operating at a quartz-stabilized frequency of 159.15 Hz (1000 rad/s), it generates load-independent vibration magnitudes with RMS values of 10 m/s² acceleration, 10 mm/s velocity, and 10 µm displacement. Suitable for equipment up to 600 g (1.32 lb), it provides accurate calibration for laboratory and field use.

The device features a display showing frequency, amplitude, error percentage, and calibration date. An internal control circuit and reference accelerometer maintain constant vibration levels, with an audible alert if error exceeds 3%. The rechargeable battery and AC adapter ensure portable operation, while the supplied carrying case facilitates safe transport.
