Technology

The ALx Series employs MOSFETs operated in the linear region for power dissipation, delivering one of the industry's widest full-power operating ranges for its product class. Each MOSFET device produces load current defined by VC/Rn, with closed-loop amplifiers enabling multiple MOSFETs to share load current equally. Control circuitry operates in a closed loop to linearize the response.
