Overview
The Magna Power ALx Series DC electronic load uses linear MOSFET dissipative elements to achieve a wide voltage-current operating range within the model's maximum power rating. The ALx5-1000-150/120SP+EIP delivers 5kW of power dissipation at up to 1000V and 150A, with distributed DSP architecture and conservative cooling enabling continuous full-power operation in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
This model features 16-bit digital programming and monitoring resolution, multiple control modes (voltage, current, power, resistance, shunt regulation), and EtherNet/IP industrial networking for seamless integration into factory automation systems and real-time process control.
