Overview

The Magna Power ALX1.25-200-300/UI is a 1.25kW DC electronic load designed for testing medium-voltage power supplies, battery chargers, and DC power systems. With a maximum voltage of 200V and maximum current of 300A, this air-cooled instrument provides wide operating range capabilities for laboratory and production environments. The ALx Series utilizes linear MOSFET-based dissipative elements with distributed MagnaLINK™ DSP architecture for precise digital control and measurement.

The unit features integrated arbitrary waveform generation with up to 1024 programmable points, enabling complex load profiles for comprehensive power supply testing. Built for continuous full-power operation in ambient temperatures up to 50°C, the ALx Series delivers reliable performance with 16-bit digital resolution and multiple control modes including voltage, current, power, resistance, and shunt regulator functions.
