Overview

The Magna Power ALX Series is an air-cooled, linear DC electronic load designed for testing and validation of DC power sources. The ALX1.25-1000-37.5 model features a maximum power rating of 1.25 kW, maximum voltage of 1000 VDC, and maximum current of 37.5 ADC. Utilizing conventional linear MOSFET-based dissipative elements, the ALx Series achieves a wide voltage-current operating range. The series employs Magna-Power's MagnaLINK distributed DSP architecture, providing unified digital control with fully digital control loops, adjustable gains, programmable slew rates, and advanced control technologies.
