The Keysight 3852A is a modular data acquisition and control system designed to measure diverse physical parameters including thermocouples, thermistors, RTDs, strain gages, DC volts, currents, resistances, pulse counts, and frequencies. The system features a mainframe with eight slots for plug-in function modules and is expandable via the 3853A extender for large-scale applications. An on-board 68000-based processor enables rapid control decisions and data analysis without requiring constant external communication.
