Overview

The Keysight N9913B FieldFox is a next-generation handheld microwave analyzer designed for field service and RF/microwave measurements. It offers 120 MHz of real-time bandwidth and frequency coverage from 30 kHz to 4 GHz in base configuration, with optional extensions to 50 GHz or 110 GHz via downconverter. The analyzer combines more than 20 key RF and microwave instrument functions in a single portable unit weighing just 3.4 kg.

The FieldFox N9913B includes cable and antenna analysis as standard. Optional modules add vector network analyzer (VNA), spectrum analyzer, and signal demodulation capabilities. Its integration of multiple measurement functions makes it ideal for 5G network deployment, satellite communications, automotive radar, and general RF/microwave troubleshooting in the field.
