Overview

The EA Elektro-Automatik EA-PSB 10500-10 2U is a compact bidirectional DC power supply designed for high-voltage applications requiring moderate current. With single-phase AC input (110–240V) and a 2U rackmount form factor, it delivers up to 1500W of DC output at 500V, 10A. The bidirectional design enables both sourcing and sinking power, with energy recovery capability returning up to 95% of load power back to the AC grid, reducing energy waste and cooling costs.

Featuring a 5-inch touch-control TFT display, 16-bit digital regulation, and autoranging output stages, this unit provides flexible operation across a wide range of load conditions. It includes integrated function generation, battery and fuel cell simulation, and photovoltaic system emulation. Multiple units can be paralleled through the Master-Slave bus to build higher-power systems while maintaining the 500V voltage class.
