Overview
The Hioki BT3564 is a benchtop high-voltage battery tester designed for shipping and receiving inspections of EV and PHEV battery packs. It simultaneously measures internal resistance and battery voltage with input voltages up to 1000V. The tester can measure both pack voltage and total resistance, as well as bus bar resistance, making it ideal for comprehensive battery pack validation on production lines.
