Overview

The Hioki BT3561A Battery HiTester is a fully automated testing instrument designed for production line quality inspection of battery cells, modules, and packs. It measures internal resistance and open-circuit voltage simultaneously using AC impedance method, making it ideal for high-performance battery applications in electric vehicles, electric bikes, and power tools. The instrument features improved line resistance tolerances for multi-channel testing via relays, strong noise and static electricity resistance, and LAN connectivity for integration with PLC-based control systems.
