Keysight Automatic Fixture Removal (AFR) is a software option for the Streamline Series vector network analyzer. It enables engineers to accurately remove fixture effects from measurements of non-coaxial devices, simplifying the characterization of devices under test (DUT) that lack coaxial connectors. This eliminates the need for complex electromagnetic simulation or multiple on-board calibration standards.
