The Keysight N9963BU/360 is a phased array antenna support option for FieldFox handheld analyzers, designed for measuring and analyzing 5G air interface characteristics in the field. Combined with a 64-element antenna array, it provides a portable solution for field measurements and performance validation.

  • Measures g-Node-B (gNB) beam characteristics and signal power level across azimuth and elevation
  • Integrated RF probe and phased array solution for capturing radiated energy from base stations
  • Multiple display modes: boresight, polar antenna pattern with compass, and heat map (azimuth vs. elevation)
  • Simulates 5G user equipment (UE) and antenna performance

Requirements

  • Requires spectrum analyzer mode (Option 233 on combination models)
  • Requires phased array antenna (Keysight model 85571A-028)
  • Recommended: GPS receiver (Option 307) and internal preamplifier (Option 235)
  • Compatible with N995xA and N996xA models only
