Keysight N9962BU/238 Time Gating Option

Overview

The Keysight N9962BU/238 is a time gating option for FieldFox handheld spectrum analyzers. It measures the spectrum of a periodic signal during a specified time interval using gated FFT analysis. This capability is particularly useful for pulsed-RF signals, allowing measurement during the on period while excluding the transition or off period. Time gating also allows you to exclude interfering signals such as periodic transients and view spectral components that would otherwise be hidden. This option requires Keysight option 233.
