The Keysight N9962AU/330 is a Pulse Measurement option for FieldFox portable RF analyzers. It enables characterization of RF pulses used in radar and electronic warfare systems. Pulse measurements are performed using FieldFox in combination with Keysight USB peak power sensors (sold separately). Performance specifications such as frequency, dynamic range, and minimum pulse width depend on the selected peak power sensor.
