The Keysight N9962AU/320 is a Reflection Measurements option for FieldFox Spectrum Analyzer models. It enables measurement of return loss, VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio), and scalar measurements. VSWR normalization and return loss measurements using data and memory require the addition of Option 220 (Tracking Generator).
