The Keysight N9960BU/356 Noise Figure Option uses the Y-Factor technique to accurately characterize and verify the noise figure of RF and microwave devices. This comprehensive option supports five measurement types and four measurement setup configurations, making it suitable for characterizing amplifiers, downconverters, upconverters, and multi-stage converter systems.
