N9960AU/356 Noise Figure Option uses the Y-Factor technique to accurately verify and characterize the noise figure (NF) of devices. This option enables noise analysis of amplifiers, downconverters, upconverters, and multi-stage converters with customizable uncertainty contributions and pre-configured measurement setups.
