The Keysight N9953BU/356 option uses the Y-Factor technique to accurately verify and characterize the noise figure (NF) of RF devices. This option supports multiple measurement types and pre-configured DUT measurement setups for amplifiers, downconverters, upconverters, and multi-stage converters.
