Keysight N9953BU/010 Time Domain Option

Overview

The Keysight N9953BU/010 is a time domain measurement option for FieldFox Series analyzers that computes the inverse Fourier transform of frequency-domain data to display reflection or transmission coefficients versus time. With integrated time-domain gating, the option removes unwanted responses and enables accurate characterization of devices across the frequency spectrum. This option requires FieldFox Option 210 and is recommended for use with Option 211.
