Keysight N9952BU/351 is an I/Q analyzer option for FieldFox that enables general-purpose frequency domain and time domain measurements. The option supports two types of I/Q measurements: frequency domain and time domain analysis. To ensure consistent results between domains, both spectrum and waveform measurements are based on the same I/Q acquisition. Requires option 233.
