Overview

The N9952AU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) option enables both frequency domain and time domain measurements on the Keysight FieldFox series. It provides comprehensive I/Q analysis capabilities, with frequency range depending on the specific FieldFox model, from 1 MHz to 4 GHz for entry-level models up to 1 MHz to 50 GHz for the N9952A/N9962A models.
