Overview
The Keysight N9950BU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) option enables general-purpose frequency domain and time domain measurements on FieldFox analyzers. The option provides two types of I/Q measurements based on synchronized I/Q acquisition to ensure consistent results between frequency domain and time domain analysis. Frequency coverage depends on the FieldFox model and ranges from 1 MHz to 50 GHz (usable down to 5 kHz).
