Overview
The Keysight N9950AU/238 is a time gating option for the FieldFox spectrum analyzer series that measures the spectrum of periodic signals during a specified time interval. It uses a gated FFT approach to isolate and analyze pulsed RF signals, allowing measurement during the on period while excluding transitions and off periods. This option is particularly useful for excluding interfering periodic transients. This option requires the N9950AU/233 spectrum analyzer option.
