The Keysight N9938AU/361 is an EMI Measurements option designed for the FieldFox Series spectrum analyzer. This option measures and displays EMI signals to verify device and instrument pre-compliance measurements prior to formal compliance testing. It requires option 233 (Spectrum analyzer).
