Overview
The Keysight N9938AU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) Option enables general-purpose frequency domain and time domain measurements on FieldFox spectrum analyzers. The option supports two types of I/Q measurements: frequency domain and time domain analysis. To ensure consistent results between frequency and time domain measurements, both spectrum measurement and waveform measurement are based on the same I/Q acquisition. Option 233 is required.
