The Keysight N9937AU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) option adds general-purpose frequency domain and time domain measurement capability to FieldFox analyzers. This option enables two complementary types of I/Q measurements that use the same underlying I/Q acquisition for consistent results between frequency and time domain analyses.
