The Keysight N9936BU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) option enables both frequency domain and time domain I/Q measurements on FieldFox analyzers. It combines spectrum measurement and waveform measurement based on the same I/Q acquisition for consistent results across analysis modes.
