Keysight N9918AU/238 Time Gating Option

Overview

The Keysight N9918AU/238 is a time gating option for the FieldFox series that measures the spectrum of periodic signals during specified time intervals. Using a Gated FFT method, this option allows you to isolate and analyze signal content during specific phases, such as the on-period of a pulsed RF signal, while excluding transition periods or off-periods. This capability is valuable for applications where periodic or burst signals need to be analyzed separately from background noise or interfering signals. The N9918AU/238 requires option 233.
