Overview
The Keysight N9917AU/238 Time Gating option enables measurement of signal spectra during specified time intervals on FieldFox Series spectrum analyzers. Using a Gated Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method, it allows precise analysis of pulsed-RF signals and other periodic waveforms, isolating spectral components during specific time windows while excluding transitions and interference. This option requires option 233.
