The Keysight N9915BU/238 Time Gating option measures the spectrum of periodic signals during specified time intervals. Using the Gated FFT method, it enables measurement of pulsed-RF signal spectra during the on period while excluding transitions and off periods. This isolates specific spectral components that would otherwise be hidden in periodic signals and excludes interfering signal contributions.
