Overview
The N9915AU/351 I/Q Analyzer (IQA) Option adds I/Q analysis capability to the Keysight FieldFox Series analyzer. It enables general purpose frequency domain and time domain measurements from 1 MHz to 9 GHz. Consistent results between frequency domain and time domain measurements are ensured through the same I/Q acquisition base for both spectrum and waveform measurements.
