Keysight N9914BU/238 Time Gating Option

Overview

The Keysight N9914BU/238 Time Gating Option measures the spectrum of a periodic signal during a specified time interval, making it ideal for analyzing pulsed RF signals. By using Gated FFT analysis, it allows measurement of the pulse during the on-period while excluding transitions or off-period effects. The option can also exclude periodic interfering signals that would otherwise obscure the signal of interest. This option requires the N9914BU/233 Spectrum Analyzer Option.
